Before fitting any rubber tracks to your loader or excavator ect, make sure your track gear is in good condition eg: Drive sprockets rollers idlers ect.

Other wise you may avoid your warranty

Excavator Rubber Track Warranty

1. The purchaser shall satisfy itself that the new goods are fit for the purpose that is required by the purchaser.

2. Subject to clause 3 guarantees the performance of the new goods for normal working conditions for:

(a) six months; or (b) 1000 hours from the date of purchase whichever shall first occur.

3. In the event of a defect occurring within the time stipulated in Clause 2 the purchaser shall be responsible to return the goods to Earthmoving Systems for inspection. In the event Earthmoving Systems accept a claim Earthmoving Systems shall reimburse the purchaser with a percentage of the purchase price in accordance with the following formulae:

(a) First month or 167 hours - 84% (b) Second month or 334 hours - 68%

(e) Fifth month or 835 hours -20% ( f ) Sixth month or 1000 hours - 4%

The decision of Earthmoving Systems shall be final in respect of whether any reimbursement is available. No reimbursement shall be available if payment in full has not been received by Earthmoving Systems at the time of delivery

4. Earthmoving Systems shall not be responsible for any consequential damages suffered by the purchaser in connection with the use of the goods.

Skid Steer Track Loader Warranty

1. The purchaser shall satisfy itself that the new goods are fit for the purpose that is required by the purchaser.

2. Subject to clause 3 guarantees the performance of the new goods for normal working conditions for:

(a) three months; or (b) 500 hours from the date of purchase whichever shall first occur.

(a) First month or 84 hours - 84% (b) Second month or 250 hours - 34%

4. Earthmoving Systems shall not be responsible for any consequential damages suffered by the purchaser in connection with the use

What Is Not Covered. EMS is not responsible for Tracks that have been altered or modified or for abnormal wear or abrasion, overloading, fire or excess heat, chemical contact, lack of reasonable and proper maintenance, cuts, snags, tears, misuse, vandalism, collision or accident, use in competitive activities, abuse, or use not specifically approved by EMS. Warranty doesn’t accept using tracks on a machine that isn’t suitable or isn’t on the application guide. This warranty is not transferable and applies only to you, the original purchaser of the EMS product.

Obtaining Warranty Service. To obtain warranty service, you must (i) promptly report the defect to an Authorized Seller and request warranty service; (ii) have properly registered the EMS Track or present valid proof of purchase; and (iii) cooperate with EMS in processing the claim. To process the claim EMS may require that you deliver the subject EMS Track or Tracks to an Authorized Seller or EMS facility, at your cost, within a reasonable period of time after discovery of the defect and for a reasonable time in order to allow inspection of the EMS Track. EMS may also elect to examine the Track(s) at your site or may request digital pictures from you of the same.

Limitations. To the extent permitted by law, neither EMS nor any Authorized Seller or employee or company affiliated therewith makes or has any authority to make any warranty, representation, condition or promise, express or implied, verbal or otherwise, as to the quality, performance or freedom from defect or to modify this warranty in any way except as stated herein. NO IMPLIED OR STATUTORY CONDITIONS OR WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS ARE MADE. IN NO EVENT WILL EMS OR ANY AUTHORIZED SELLER OR AFFILIATE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR INJURIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, RENTAL OF SUBSTITUTE EQUIPMENT, OTHER COMMERCIAL OR PERSONAL LOSS OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND OR NATURE ARISING OUT OF A BREACH OF THE WARRANTY DESCRIBED HEREIN AND YOU SPECIFICALLY WAIVE THE SAME. This is the only warranty made by EMS to you. The remedies in this warranty are the sole and exclusive remedies that you have and you waive any others. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, however you also may have other rights which vary from state to state and some states may not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or other portions of this warranty.
